How to Make a Wig Look More Natural
Improve a wig's appearance through fit, placement, parting, hairline restraint and styling rather than relying on one marketing feature.
Start with correct fit
A natural-looking hairline is difficult to achieve when the cap sits too far forward, too far back or under excessive tension.
Use realistic parting
Choose a part that fits within the actual lace area and avoid exposing cap sections not designed to be visible.
Control density at the hairline
A hairline that is much denser than the look you want can appear abrupt. Alteration can affect returns, so decide before plucking or cutting.
Blend carefully
Use product-appropriate methods for lace tint or makeup only if needed and compatible with the material. Avoid over-applying products that build up on the lace.
